TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGE RESTRICTIONThe use of our services is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

2. ACCOUNT LIMITATIONEach user shall be allowed only one (1) account per IP address and each account may hold only one (1) login ID and password combination.

3. LICENSE AND AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATEWe are licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority to operate a gaming business in Comoros, jurisdiction where we comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy creating an account or placing any bet, each user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

5. ACCOUNT VERIFICATION AND SECURITYWe reserve the right to request identification documents (ID, proof of address) for verification purposes prior to processing withdrawals or providing account services.

6. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONSThe provision of bonuses and promotions is subject to change at any time without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered 15 times the bonus amount plus deposit in order to qualify for a withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type (Slots: 100%, Table Games: 10%).

• Inactivity Fee: A fee of up to €10 per month will be charged against inactive accounts (accounts without a deposit or wager made for a period exceeding 12 months).
• Self-exclusion periods can be set, either temporarily (up to 30 days) or permanently.

9. DEPOSIT LIMITATIONEach user may customize their daily, weekly and/or monthly deposit limits by contacting our support team.

10. WITHDRAWAL LIMITATIONNo maximum withdrawal amount applies unless specifically stated for a promotion/bonus offer. Withdrawals over €2000 within 36 hours require prior approval from management.
